As a part of Goverment Polytechnic Pabau College every student have to follow the given set of rules & regulations set by Goverment Polytechnic Pabau Administration.
- All the students must have to follow proper dress code.
- The students, who have been selected for admission, will have to pay all fees within the date prescribed by the college. If not, his /her admission treated as cancelled.
- All instructions issued by the director/ Principal shall have to obey by students.
- The students will be accountable for their behavior in the college premises. Proper action will be taken against the students violating the rules and regulations of the college.
- Students should show respect and politeness towards all staff members at college and their fellow students. Any act of harassment, ragging, disobedience is punishable offences.
- The learning infrastructure such as college books, room furniture, fans, sports equipments and facilities in general provided by college to the students should be used by the students in proper manner.
- The students should attend classrooms teaching and not roam in corridors or waste times in working hours or free classes.
- The students should carry identity card during entire duration of college.
- Any unhealthy habits such as smoking, gutkapan chewing are strictly prohibited.
- It is mandatory for the students to attend at least 75% of the lectures delivered in each subject(including practical).
- As per law, use of cell phones in the college campus strictly prohibited for students.
- The campus should be kept clean and hygienic. It is the responsibility of students to maintain cleanliness in the campus.
